Q. 通知が届きません

以下をご確認ください:

1. iOS の「設定」→「通知」→「エンドレスリマインダー」で通知が許可されていること
2. 「集中モード」(おやすみモード等) が有効になっていないこと
3. 端末のサイレントモードと音・バイブ設定が意図通りになっていること
4. アプリ内の「設定」→「音」のトグルが意図通りになっていること

Q. 通知の音は変更できますか？

現時点では端末の既定通知音のみ利用しています。音のオン/オフは設定画面のトグルで切り替えられます。

Q. 同じ時間帯に複数の通知が来るのが嫌です

近い時間(±5分以内)に複数のリマインダーが重なる場合、自動で1つの通知にまとめて届けるようになっています。大量の通知が届くことはありません。

Q. リマインダーの通知を止めたい

通知をタップして詳細画面を開き、緑の「達成する」ボタンを押してください。その項目に関する今後の通知は全て停止します。

「まだやらない」を押すと、次回の通知時刻に改めてお知らせします。

Q. 何件までリマインダーを登録できますか？

無料プランは同時に1件まで登録できます。プレミアム(年額)では無制限に登録可能です。

Q. サブスクリプションをキャンセルしたい

iOS の「設定」→ 自分の名前 (Apple ID) →「サブスクリプション」→「エンドレスリマインダー」から解約できます。

自動更新を停止した場合も、現在の期間の終了までプレミアム機能をご利用いただけます。

Q. 過去に購入した端末と別の端末でプレミアムを復元したい

アプリ内の「設定」→「購入を復元」をお試しください。Apple ID で購入履歴を確認し、プレミアムの状態を自動的に復元します。

Q. リマインダーのデータは他の端末と同期されますか？

いいえ。本アプリはすべてのデータを端末内にのみ保存し、クラウドへの送信や同期は一切行っていません。

Q. アプリを削除するとデータはどうなりますか？

アプリを削除すると、すべてのリマインダーと設定データは削除されます。復元はできませんのでご注意ください。

Q. Notifications aren't coming

Please check the following:

1. iOS Settings → Notifications → Endless Reminder: notifications are allowed
2. Focus / Do Not Disturb mode is off
3. Device silent mode and sound/vibration settings are as intended
4. In-app Settings → Sound toggle is as intended

Q. Can I change the notification sound?

Currently only the system default notification sound is used. You can toggle the sound on/off in the app's Settings screen.

Q. I don't want multiple notifications at the same time

When multiple reminders fire within ±5 minutes of each other, they are automatically merged into a single notification. You won't get spammed.

Q. I want to stop a reminder

Tap the notification to open the detail screen, then press the green "Complete" button. All future notifications for that reminder will stop.

Pressing "Not yet" will keep the reminder and notify you at the next scheduled time.

Q. How many reminders can I create?

The free plan supports 1 active reminder at a time. Premium (yearly) has no limit.

Q. How do I cancel the subscription?

Go to iOS Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Endless Reminder, and cancel from there.

After canceling, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Q. How do I restore my premium on a different device?

In the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchase. This will check your Apple ID's purchase history and restore premium status.

Q. Is my reminder data synced across devices?

No. All data is stored only on your device. There is no cloud sync or external transmission.

Q. What happens to my data when I uninstall the app?

Uninstalling removes all reminders and settings. There's no way to recover the data afterwards.
